Our work draws on Aaron Jones-Hastings’ experience in integration software development, pathology systems administration, PACS and RIS, and service desk leadership. This includes gap analysis and work with Rhapsody, CRIS, Sectra, ICE and WinPath.

Service desk operations
Led, trained and supported a team of more than ten staff. Managed escalations, chaired a weekly change board and produced performance reporting across first-, second- and third-line support.
PACS and RIS
Managed core imaging systems in a major trauma centre, supported DICOM image integrity and maintained imaging workstations for clinical staff.
Laboratory systems
Supported pathology systems and analyser connectivity, developed and tested LIMS logic rules, and worked with integration engines, laboratory teams and suppliers.
Interfaces and development
Built and supported integrations, APIs and data interfaces. Experience with HL7 and EDI messaging, Rhapsody, Python, C# and JavaScript.
